This is Josh's favorite meal.....we save it for special occasions. It was a good batch. I'll cut the rest up in pieces for him and he'll enjoy it all week. The chocolate chip cheesecake is cooling in the fridge.

and so it begins.......

I'm beginning my challenge with a photo of something that makes me smile. We got him several years ago at the mall while doing some Christmas shopping. I keep him out year round because when I see him, I really do smile. And he's not just a snowman.....he also a keeper of treasures tucked safely in his belly.

I'm hoping this challenge of a photo a day will help me to grow my skills in photography and photoshop editing.
